From the moment the doors open, party going folk invade the club en masse and Sin is well known for being already crazy by 9:45 PM less than an hour after the

NEW RENOS, MORE ROOM AND SHORTER LINEUPS!
Major things have been happening at Sin City's host venue! The dungeon has been moved upstairs to a newly-created, larger and permanent dungeon room for
use by Sin City goers exclusively! The downstairs room, previously used for the dungeon, is now a second room of dancing hosted by our newest additions to the
Sin City DJ family, DJs Craig Allan, Mr. Innis & regular guest DJs including Pyxis & more! Not only does this create a choice of atmospheres - the
upstairs craziness in the main room, or a tighter, underground dancefloor downstairs, but the added capacity and coat check improvements have virtually
eliminated the lineups to get in even when the party is heavily attended and packed!!!

People have been asking about a theme for this month's party, and while there's no official theme, it's always fun to have an unofficial one. It always looks wicked when friends can get together for themed group outfits. So if people WANT to go for a theme, one that would work awesome for this month is a Mad Max kinda post-apocalyptic road warrior / industrial kinda look. Biker & leather daddy / girl themes would fit great as well!

Confirmed - it's DJ Lush from Tuesdays at Celebrities joining me this Saturday in the DJ booth for the November Sin City. She just got back from a tour through Europe with her notorious Stink Mitt project and has stocked up on some choice toons while over there and is champing at the bit to throw 'em down. It's gonna be a rocker!

Holy JESUS ... that ranked up there on one of the top 5 Sin City parties EVER. That was one of the biggest, most mixed, most awesome-looking & outfitted, good-natured crowds we've ever seen assemble en masse raging with the party spirit, and Cat & I were in tip top form in the DJ booth. The mix of rock, electro, belly dance & bhangra, goth, industrial, 80's etc etc was PERFECT.
Noted absence of DV'ers ... your loss, suckas! Found out yesterday that Cat can make it for the New Year's party to be the guest DJ for the event and news of the new year's party happening was HUGELY received. I can't WAIT for this one! I think we can assume that the plethora of pics of Satan Claws with hot kinky people hamming it up on his lap = Mr. Dark having a good time! Heh! To everyone that donated to our collection for charity in exchange for photo ops, a hearty thank you for your good will!
This one definitely took the prize as the most high-energy, amazingly good-natured Xmas party we've hosted yet. And as always one of the biggest reasons is because the Sin City crowd is one of the wickedest ones out there. The Bad News : After making the trek up here for a good run of the last several Sin City parties, our beloved DJ Catherinna is taking a break from the Sin City DJ decks in January. Up until today our other Sin City resident DJ Betti Forde, well known from her Stacked! Tuesdays at Celebrities and notorious band Stink Mitt, was slated to co-host the musical meanderings of the January party with yours truly. Today we got the bad news that due to a straight-up scheduling snafu she'd gotten double booked for a gig in Seattle! GAWDAMMIT! She'll rock it out in Seat-town for SURE, but we'll be missing her sorely up here in Van!
The Good News : This all adds up to the fourth member of our Sin City DJ roster, the Mighty DJ R-Lex, coming on board for the night, bringing his signature mix of retro, rock, electro & alternative selection aimed at your eyes, feet & brain! Combine that with the January Sin City party landing directly in the middle of the annual Taboo Sex Show down at the Trade & Convention Centre, and buzz about Sin City never being higher after our sold-out New Year's Fetish Party & numerous awards won in 2005, and you have all the ingredients for yet another monster of a party in the offing. Have you marked the day off on your calendar yet? Saturday January 14 at Club 23 West for those not yet in the know ... we'll have the full-on promotions & artwork and updated internet listings up by the end of the day!
