I have a stack of cool shit on order through www.thunderandlighting.ca which I am still waiting on. Hint hint nudge nudge.
As for new cds, though I didn't buys them, rather I was promoed them.
I got
Faith And the Muse - The Burning Season
Skinny Puppy: cEvin Key - The Dragon Experience
Croc Shop - Translated (remix cd of the album world)
and then I recently bought
Synthpop Club Anthems (A Different Drum Sampler)
I have to say that I found the best two to be, the Crocshop and the Synthpop compilation. While I am a fan of Faith and the Muse and still regard the show they did in 2000 with The Razor Skyline in Seattle at the Catwalk, one of my favourite live show (I fell in love with digital drums at that show) I have to say that there wasn't anything on The Burning Season which stood out for me. As per the cEvin Key, it is just really founcy, I think I need to listen to it more since it is kind of growing on me.
Crocshop has two wicked remixes of the song World done by A23 as well the Cruxshadows.
And I can't gust enough about the synthpop cd, I am so inlove with Wave in Head.
"When conservatives want the people who work hard, pay their taxes and make this country go to be able to keep a little more of what they earn, instead of taking more of it to fund a bloated bureaucracy, thats "tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans." (Note, the true definition of "wealthiest Americans" is people who have jobs and dont sit around watching Jerry Springer in the afternoon.)
However, when the Liberals want to hand a little more welfare to people who dont pay any taxes, thats a "tax cut for the neediest" - Carter Fletcher, commonconservative.com
